  • What are the shipping options?
    At this point in time shopacholicscloset is only able to offer Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We at shopacholicscloset take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (shopaholicscloset@mail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
  • How long does a piece take to build ?
    Each piece varies depending on the complexity and if the piece has been designed already. All existing designs can be built in approximately three months, sometimes less depending on material availability. Original designs call for collaboration and time will be determined based on the vision of the client and artist.
  • Where do you deliver/ship ?
    All completed pieces can be shipped across the USA and Canada. International delivery can be organized via special delivery and assembled at the end destination.
  • How much do the pieces cost to deliver ?
    MBB will prepare a custom quote for you once shipping method, installation and destination is determined.
  • What materials do you use in your art ?
    Depending on the pieces, the artists use a mix of wood, stone, resins, glass, various metals including but not limited to stainless steel and carbon steel.
  • Are they a limited 1:1 or a series ?
    Pieces are a series of one, but other pieces have and can be duplicated.
  • Will you make a custom piece ?
    Yes.
  • How many have you sold to date ?
    We have sold several pieces to private residences across the country.
  • Can they go outside ?
    Yes.
  • How does it spin ?
    Depending on the sculpture, they are built on bearings that allow them to spin and some pieces have mercury switches that allow them to spin continuously.
  • How much does each piece weigh/measure ?
    It depends on the piece, the smaller pieces weigh up to 150 lbs - 400 lbs the bigger pieces which weigh 4000 lbs - 4800 lbs.
  • What is involved in upkeep of each piece ?
    Each inside piece is designed to use standard cleaning materials. The outside pieces are naturally weathered and will patina as life intends for that piece of metal.
